CDL Training

If you’re applying for a Bus Operator position and don’t have a CDL, RFTA offers free training. If hired, you must obtain your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-BP2) before starting system training. See the full training and licensing process.

RFTA serves the Roaring Fork and Colorado River Valley’s with public transportation options and opportunities. Additionally, our organization participates in large scale capital improvement projects, manages the greatest portion Rio Grande Trail, and works in close partnership with the towns and communities we serve.
